NCBAC Reform 2025

We are pleased to introduce a new organizational structure, designed to enhance our mission's effectiveness, collaboration, and unity. This restructured framework will bring our priests, nuns, ETHNIC/community leaders, and the executive committee together in a more streamlined and cohesive manner. 

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏မစ်ရှင်၏ ထိရောက်မှု၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေမှုတို့ကို မြှင့်တင်ရန် ဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်ထားသည့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအသစ်ကို မိတ်ဆက်ကြောင်း ကြေငြာအပ်ပါသည်။ ဤပြင်ဆင်ဖွဲ့စည်းမှုသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးများ၊ သီလရှင်များ၊ တိုင်းရင်းသား/ရပ်ရွာခေါင်းဆောင်များနှင့် အမှုဆောင်ကော်မတီတို့ကို ပိုမိုချောမွေ့ညီညာသော နည်းလမ်းဖြင့် ပေါင်းစည်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

This structure includes designated roles, improved communication channels, and collaborative efforts to empower all members to contribute effectively. We believe these changes will strengthen our organization (NCBAC) and enhance our ability to serve our community while fulfilling our mission. 

ဤဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအသစ်တွင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍများ၊ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်သွယ်ရေးလမ်းကြောင်းများနှင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်အားလုံးကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် ပါဝင်ကူညီနိုင်စေရန် ခွန်အားပေးမည့် ပူးတွဲကြိုးပမ်းမှုများ ပါဝင်သည်။ ဤပြောင်းလဲမှုများသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏အဖွဲ့အစည်း (NCBAC) ကို အားကောင်းစေပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စွာဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏တာဝန်ကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးမည်ဟု ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။
